What information should I provide to get a quotation?
To provide you with the most accurate pricing, please share: material (non-woven fabric, polyester, etc.), size (length × width × height), printing or logo requirements, closure type (zipper, velcro, button), quantity, target delivery time, and any other specifications. If you're unsure, we can also recommend options based on your application.
What products do you offer?
We specialize in household storage products including: foldable storage boxes, fabric storage bins/cubes, drawer organizers and dividers, hanging closet organizers, under-bed storage bags, garment covers, document/file storage boxes, and car trunk organizers. Custom solutions are also available.
Can you customize products?
Yes. We offer comprehensive OEM/ODM services including: custom size, color, material selection, logo printing (silk screen, heat transfer, embroidery), custom labels and tags, branded packaging, and private label solutions. Share your design or requirements and we'll bring it to life.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the product and customization level. Standard items typically start at 300-500 pieces. Custom products may require higher MOQ depending on material and tooling needs. Contact us with your specific requirements for an exact MOQ quote.
Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We provide samples for quality evaluation. Standard samples are usually free (customer pays shipping). Custom samples may have a fee that's refundable upon bulk order. Sample lead time is typically 3-7 days for standard items and 7-14 days for custom designs.
How long is the production lead time?
Generally 20-35 days after sample approval and deposit confirmation, depending on order volume, complexity, and customization level. We provide regular production updates and can expedite for urgent orders when possible.
How are products packed for export?
Standard packaging: individual polybag + export-grade 5-ply corrugated carton, with proper protection for safe long-distance transportation. Customized packaging, gift boxes, retail-ready packaging, and palletization are all available per your requirements.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We support sea freight (most economical for large orders), air freight (faster for medium orders), and express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS for samples and small orders). We'll recommend the best option based on your order size, destination, timeline, and budget.
What payment terms do you accept?
Standard terms: 30% T/T deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. For long-term partners and large orders, we can discuss L/C, D/P, or other flexible payment arrangements. Let us know your preferences.
Do you have international certifications?
Yes. We hold multiple certifications including quality management system certification, production compliance, export qualification, and industry association membership. We can also work with you to obtain product-specific certifications (e.g., CE, FDA) required by your target market.
Can I visit your factory?
Absolutely! We welcome customer visits. Our factory is located in Jinhua, Zhejiang, just 1.5 hours by high-speed train from Shanghai. Please contact us in advance to schedule a tour — we can arrange airport pickup, hotel booking, and a full factory tour plus product showroom visit.
